Reading has the power to transport you to another reality, lovers of this art have said. What's more, we emphasize that you can take this trip collectively. As a form of leisure in social isolation, you can share reading experiences with your friends (virtually, of course). If everyone reads the same title, the dynamics of the conversation will be very interesting. Each one can bring their perspective on the story and everybody discusses it together.
LISTEN TO MUSIC
WRITE, PAINT,
TAKE OFF THE PAPER GOOD IDEAS
This is already the advanced stage for quarantine. You know those ideas that never make it into the agenda because you don't have time for them? Yeah, now you do. Not everyone can focus on a new activity, but if you want to give it a try, you can discover the creativity hidden within you. Choose a time of the day to practice and get to work. Important: if you don't make it or give up, don't blame yourself. Don't let frustration take over. You are doing it because you want to, not because you have to. If you give up, there's no problem. The interesting thing about these activities that are outside our comfort zone is that we need more concentration to do than we are used to and this fills the time effectively.
STUDY! LEARN!
Another activity that is bonus. A lot of people say they have to study, take all the courses in the world, but that's not quite the case. Just do what you feel like doing as long as you feel like it. Some people will study languages, others will improve their skills and there are still those who will discover new knowledge. Anything goes. Improving or starting to study something new is pleasant and provides energy for everyday living. But remember! Don't make it an obsession or just do it in your spare time. Try to set limits on your hours within a balanced and healthy schedule.
