Tips on how to entertain yourself in the pandemic - By Nicolly Ferreira de Melo

 In this period of pandemic, everything is very difficult, especially to adapt to staying at home, so I brought some ideas that can be useful for entertaining and distracting yourself, such as:


 - Establish a routine = the ideal is to maintain a schedule routine. Try to wake up at the same time, have all your usual meals and leave work after the end of the day.




- Exercise = exercising is important for maintaining our immunity




- Meditate = A practice that has become very popular is meditation. It can help you understand techniques for developing mindfulness and train your brain to be more mindful and focused.



- Take time to be entertained = It is important to establish a time of the day to do what you enjoy, relax and disconnect a little. catching up on reading and watching movies and series is an idea.



- Sleep well = Take this time to sleep well and rest your body. Avoid disrupting your sleep schedule or sleeping more than necessary.



- Eat correctly = Enjoy free time to cook more and eat healthier foods. During the pandemic, it is imperative to eat foods that support immunity and provide essential vitamins and minerals.

First you or your friend send an emoji to each other, and the other person will send you a photo imitating that emoji. Then you give a grade, like 9/10, 3/10 or even 100/10.
