In this period of pandemic, everything is very difficult, especially to adapt to staying at home, so I brought some ideas that can be useful for entertaining and distracting yourself, such as:

- Take time to be
entertained = It is
important to establish a time of the day to do what you enjoy, relax and
disconnect a little. catching up on reading and watching movies and series is
an idea.
- Sleep well = Take this time to sleep well and rest your body.
Avoid disrupting your sleep schedule or sleeping more than necessary.
- Eat correctly = Enjoy free time to cook more and eat healthier
foods. During the pandemic, it is imperative to eat foods that support immunity
and provide essential vitamins and minerals.
