Distraction in the pandemic - by Valentini Vitória Cordeiro

Hey, guys, how are you doing today?

Before I wrote this blog, I thought a lot, so I hope you like it!!!

So let’s start…

I know that living with a pandemic is very difficult and bad, because many friends have distanced themselves; school/college is putting a lot of pressure on us; work is tiring... The life has changed completely.

Several teenagers are having anxiety crises, panic attacks, depression, insecurity, anger outbreaks, etc. And I know how difficult it is, so I gathered some topics of what we can do to distract our minds and help improve mental health a little.

- We can play online with friends, like Kahoot, Gartic, Stop, etc;

- You can practice some different sports, which you can do at home, do a physical activity so as not to get sedentary;

- You can learn a different recipe that you’ve never tasted before;

- You can learn a different language, such as Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, etc;

- You can get closer to your parents, if you have siblings, you can also approach them;

- Watch TV shows or movies you’ve always wanted to;

If you are having a blue day, you can talk to a friend, do a hobby, watch a TV show...

I hope I helped.

Bye bye, see you soon!!!!

XOXO

Playing at home - By Lucca Rigobello Maziero

 1 -Treasure Hunt  You get a small object and hide it somewhere. Then you ask someone to look for it and the further the person goes from the object, the colder they get, and the closer they are from the object, the warmer they get (2+ people) (small object). 2 - STOP  You get a sheet of paper and write things like: animal, car, song, movie, first name, etc. Then, someone says a letter and everyone has to write one thing that starts with that letter for each category. The first person to say STOP wins if everything they put is correct (2.3+ people) (sheet of paper). 3 -Truth or Dare You get an object with two ends, like a bottle, and one of the tips will determine who answers. When you spin it, the person where the tip lands has, first to choose "Truth or Dare". If they choose "Truth", they have to answer a question with sincerity, but if they choose "Dare", they have to do what the person who spun the bottle tells them (which, of course, is possible to do

The Emoji Game - By Isabel Nery Rodrigues

Hi guys, how are you? Today I'm going to teach a game that can be played through whatsapp. It's called the "Emoji Game". First you or your friend send an emoji to each other, and the other person will send you a photo imitating that emoji. Then you give a grade, like 9/10, 3/10 or even 100/10. Then it starts all over again! You can play it in pairs or even in a group conversation! Well, I hope you like it! See you soon! Thanks for reading!
